The role reports to the Accounting Manager and is instrumental in championing the success of our Accounting Department. This position provides support to the Accounting Manager and any other department needing financial reporting and data as well as preparing journal entries and process documentation, monthly close process, daily accounting needs, and supporting the implementation of new business systems and processes.
Reports to: Accounting ManagerThe successful candidate will demonstrate and document the following, but not limited to: • Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent education and experience • 2+ years of working within an Accounting Department • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic account procedures • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software, preferably MAS Accounting system • Demonstrated ability to working within a team
